Topic: Importance of Self-Development

Speaker: Ismail is MSc in Mechanical Engineering and now on the second Master's program of International Business and Economic Cooperation at UIBE in China. He has the extensive and transferable cross-industry experience in start-up ecosystems, entrepreneurship, NGO, and non-formal education sectors. Ismail is the director of Bosnian Representative Association for Valuable Opportunities (BRAVO), a non-profit and non-governmental organization.

Speaker: Assist. Prof. Natasa Tandir is the Dean of Faculty of Economics and Social Sciences at International Burch University. She is currently the Project Manager at the Erasmus + Capacity Building project in the field of higher education that started last year. The title of the project is Sustainable University Enterprise Cooperation for Improving Graduate Employability - SUCCESS.
